I went there today with my sister 1/4/25 at around 1 pm employee working was not friendly at all. Very standoff and just stood behind the counter. When I tried talking to her she didn’t even respond wi5 words just shook her head. There are lots of other places to get your ears pieced and we will be going there!
Took my daughter here to have her ears pierced. It was 5pm on 12/31. The initial employee showed us the options. We waited while they checked out other guests. Ignored us and had to go back up to the register to find if they could proceed with the piercing. Then the employee proceeded to tell us at 5:30pm they couldn't piece her ears today bc they are closing at 6pm. What!! We waited 30 minutes and no one said anything. We'll find somewhere else with better customer care. Do not recommend.
