I recently got my second piercings done, and I just have to say the manager was absolutely amazing. She really went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Her professionalism and kindness made all the difference, and I truly appreciated how she took the time to explain everything and ensure I was at ease. It made the experience so much more enjoyable, and I’m so grateful for her outstanding customer service!
KC was amazing with my 9 year getting her ears pierced. She cleaned everything perfectly and made her feel so comfortable. She also was very thorough when teaching her about the aftercare. 10/10 recommend getting your kids ears pierced here 😃
