Wow. I wanted to make sure to follow up this afternoon's experience with a review. The person working at this location is an extremely rude unprofessional (allegedly a manager). Her name is "Brittany" (sp?) And no one has ever made my family feel so unwelcome in a store. We came in for a repiercing as one of my 9yo daughters lobes had closed (our fault). Wish i could give half a star but unfortunately with Google, you can't do that. Came in here because 1 of my holes closed & the ignorant individual tried telling me it's $70 for piercing, i thought as long as you purchased earrings. Piercing free but instead of this troll explaining everything, she gets an attitude because of the gold ball earrings im looking for.
