The girls had a attitude really bad customer service
Wouldn’t honor my voucher for free earrings that I got during a promotion. The voucher was emailed on 8/1/25. She said all the stores were closing but there weren’t any signs stating so. Customer service told me to go to a different store to see if they would honor it. If all the stores are closing, no one will take it. I’m not wasting my time and gas on a $10 pair of earrings for my two year old. Why even send the email?
Poor customer service from “manager” Mariposa. Her attitude is very appalling for her to be a manager. She talks to customers as if we’re bothering her or dumb for asking a question.
Went today March 4th around 12pm to get my daughters ears pierced. I debated on even coming here but since we had a good experience back in 2018 and my daughter really wanted her ears pierced here, we went ahead and did it. We walked in and went to the counter and told the lady working that we were interested in getting my daughters ears pierced and she told us to go over to the chair and look at the earrings to decide which we liked.
