On Friday March 27,2026 around 5 ish in the evening We went to the mall visiting from out of town. there was a young girl with black hair like long black hair working. She never said hello she didn't ask if she could help us She didn't say squat All she did was look straight on her phone and was on her phone the whole entire time. Because I was looking for nose rings for my granddaughter and she didn't acknowledge that she wouldn't look up and so definitely not an employee that has customer service.
I called and asked how much ear piercings would cost, and was told the piercing was free with a $40 “starter kit”. I took my 12 yo to get her ears pierced, and was shown a tray of various earring choices. No prices were listed anywhere on or near the tray. My daughter selected her starter pack, got the piercing, and we headed to checkout. The total comes up SEVENTY FIVE DOLLARS! First time going there and I don’t know if they ask this to everyone but the employee who was there asked me if I spoke English as soon as I walked into the store. Was kind of strange that she asked that.
