Ms Destiny the store manager was very knowledgeable, polite, funny and helpful. She pierced my ear very quickly and it didn't hurt and she helped me get a beautiful pair of earrings I appreciate her service and business!!
I went in a couple of days indecisive about getting a piercing. I'm deathly afraid of needles and just imagining it piercing my earlobe scares me. Anyways, I was approached by Elena who was completely understanding of my fear! She was so caring and kind when explaining to me how the piercing works and what the cleaning process. I did feel the pinch and pain but overall her compassion to the job made it so much worth it. Definitely recommend getting your piercings with her.
Iliana was very helpful in helping me look for a great gifts for my nieces birthday. Got some jewelry and hair bows for her even great customer service. Will visit again!
