Emilia double pierced my ears today. She did a great job! She put me at ease, explained the whole process to me, explained all the forms I had to fill out. She helped me decide which earrings to use, and I could not be happier!
I recently visited Claire's and had a fantastic experience, largely thanks to one of the employees, Tamia. From the moment I walked in, Tamia was incredibly helpful and friendly. She greeted me with a smile and asked if I needed any assistance finding something specific. I bought some ear rings and she has left a note in my bag that said happy birthday! The staff was so friendly and made my daughter earring piercing so easy and painless.
They have such cute jewelry here. Well organized and neat, everything in its place the times I've visited. Nice bracelets, earrings, charms etc. Cute stuff for mom's and daughter alike. Conveniently close to my place of employment as well. They also have decent sales. Will be back soon.
