The staff was so friendly and made my daughter earring piercing so easy and painless.
They have such cute jewelry here. Well organized and neat, everything in its place the times I've visited. Nice bracelets, earrings, charms etc. Cute stuff for mom's and daughter alike. Conveniently close to my place of employment as well. They also have decent sales. Will be back soon.
Our experience with Jocelynn was fantastic. We had a bad ear piercing experience at another Claire’s and let my daughter’s holes close up. We went to this Claire’s and it was great. She donate holes just where I wanted them, coached my daughter as to how to clean them well and sent us on our way.
My 19 yr old & I got each got our ear cartilage pierced here by Jocelyn. She did a fabulous job! She & the other 2 gals that were working were incredibly kind & fun. Highly recommend!! ***Update, day after: literally perfect piercings for us both; no redness, no bleeding, no puss, no pain!!!! (Pardon crappy photo, my phone sucks). ***2nd Update: not one single issue, cartilage is healed, new stud in place.
