The lady that pierced my ears was very kind and did a great job.
Nataly the store manager had great customer service she helped me pierce my two month old baby. She recommended me with the diamond collection, she told me they were a lifetime and they won’t tarnish which is a plus because I don’t want to be changing my babies earrings all the time. It was only her in the store alone, and she still helped me and my baby and other people shopping. all while, having a great attitude and smiled the entire time. I had a great experience at Claires . Thank you so much to the store manager.
