Went to repierce some old holes and the girl working there got me to buy some earrings and pus them through for me rather than redo the piercing itself!! Super helpful
Went in just to browse. Caitlynn was super friendly and polite greeting me as I walked in and answered all of my questions. The store was also kept very tidy and organized so it was easy to navigate and look at all of the items! Ended up buying a couple keychain decorations and Caitlynn was quick to help get me checked out and on my way! Definitely recommend this location, staff are very friendly and knowledgeable!
My sister had a seizure right outside the store, and when I asked the staff member to call 911, she said she didn’t have a phone and couldn’t help. She could’ve used the store phone or contacted mall security, but chose not to. It was a scary situation, and the lack of support was really disappointing. Staff should be trained to handle emergencies with more care.
