I got my upper lobe of ears pierced from Sunridge location in May. A few days ago, I lost one of my earrings from that pierced lobe. Today,I went to the same location and requested to put on my gold earrings that I brought there as I couldn't do by myself. She totally refused to help me. And said if I do pierce again, only in that case she will put on earrings. That means I need to spend $120 again.Even I got it done from you already. Strange and rude!
