AGRESSIVE EMPLOYEES , I went to store and 2 girls working over there , costumer service was ZERO , they don't know about there own products and sell me wrong size of earings.

I brought my 1-year-old daughter in for ear piercings, and Shikha was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. Got my piercing done today . I loved the experience . Both piercing were amazing not painful at all . I didn't know her name but she was amazing and helped me to choose the best earrings piece for my piercing . Thank you guys . I will visit again for sure .
Worst service ever!! totally unprofessional employees, I came here on 4 April to get my upper lobe done, the lady didn't gave me time to think where to get it pierced but she just went for it telling let me show you, she made a hole at wrong place and then she removed it for there and made another piercing again, I got it done on both sides one side is healed but the other one is still paining and blood comes out, it's been almost a month, I went to doctor he told me that she made wrong hole like while being fast she made it... read more
