Julia was such a kind and good worker! She did my little sisters ear piercings today with such kindness and empathy. My sister was nervous about getting them pierced but Julia was able to calm her down without pressuring her into anything she didn’t want to do, great customer service. We will see this Claire’s again in 6 weeks when she can change her piercing! Thanks Julia!

Took my son to get his ear pierced. Very rushed experienced. Wouldn’t let us use our own jewelry, forced me to buy the solution even though I have some. The price was $100. Don’t believe the “piercing is free” narrative they push. Added bonus the ipad I was giving to fill out the paperwork was sticky and gross.
