My 5 stars are directed towards Grace! She is absolutely amazing. Very educational and patient with my 5yr old. She made my daughter’s piercing experience lovely. Harmony was a great help too.
12/10 highly recommend visiting! We went right before Christmas and the 2 ladies who helped us were absolutely AMAZING! My 4yo daughter wanted her ear pierced (she was born with only one ear). We had a special request- pierce her ear and one of mine.. they did with no hesitation. They were so kind and treated my baby like any other child! Sad to see the shape of how the store is now. I used to be a manager there . No music playing, no name badges, no customer service whatsoever, body jewelry cases all unlocked.Two people working on a Saturday in December in the evening. When checking out all that was said was is this everything. People need to be taught customer service again. Theft goes up and consumer buying goes down . Something needs to be done this is why stores are failing
I know Claire's gets a lot of bad reviews for piercings. But we had a great experience, daughter is healed up, no complications, piercings are even and straight. I had my ears done at Claire's in the early 2000s and never had an issue either. No insane infections, no lopsided pierce, no trauma or anything crazy like some people have had. Maybe we just got lucky! I'll take it!
Very disappointed in the manager that pierced my daughter. This was her first time and we will not be back after the way we were treated, it’s best to go to actual professionals, it will cost around the same. She was a tall African American woman with glasses, if she’s the one piercing walk out please.
