The sales staff person was fantastic, she took ample time to go through the ear piercing process and aftercare. Lovely experience!

I had a very upsetting experience at Claire's. I was pressured into getting a nose piercing right before closing time, with no clear explanation of cost or policies. The stud fell out shortly after, and when I asked the staff if that could happen, they had strongly said “never.” I later found out that safer nose studs with backings do exist, just not at Claire’s.
