Closed! Walked around trying to find it only to see it’s not on the directory; been closed for a while now
I spent around $80 on piercing jewelry and honestly, it's the worst quality I've ever purchased. The jewelry turned a dark blue color and left marks on my ears. I've gotten much better quality pieces for a lower price elsewhere. Definitely not recommended.
The sales staff person was fantastic, she took ample time to go through the ear piercing process and aftercare. Lovely experience!
They didn’t have what I was looking for, but the salesgirl guided me to another store called Icing, and they had it. She was very helpful.
I had a very upsetting experience at Claire's. I was pressured into getting a nose piercing right before closing time, with no clear explanation of cost or policies. The stud fell out shortly after, and when I asked the staff if that could happen, they had strongly said “never.” I later found out that safer nose studs with backings do exist, just not at Claire’s.
