I had an outstanding experience at this Claire's location! I walked in for my third earlobe piercing and had great customer service from the start. Sergie was my piercer and did an incredible job! She spent a while working with me on where I wanted the piercing located, as my first and seconds are a little uneven from previous piercings. She was very caring, professional, and overall made my piercing look perfect! We had our daughter’s 7th birthday party and the Store manager Tiana, Baby and Mari could not have been nicer and helpful. The girls had the best time. Could not recommend Claire’s in Burlington more
Workers have crazy attitudes. Sit around and talk get paid to do nothing.
