Was in this store the other day Juliana was great help, she helped me with my ear piercing gave me a lot of information on how to take care of it and also helped me pick out some items for my little sister birthday , definitely will stop back in. if your looking for a good piercer at Claire’s I recommend her

I brought my grandson to get his ears pierced for the 1st time. Tiana (manager) and her employees made my Lil guy feel really comfortable, so comfortable in fact he didn't even feel the piercings being done. I had an outstanding experience at this Claire's location! I walked in for my third earlobe piercing and had great customer service from the start. Sergie was my piercer and did an incredible job! She spent a while working with me on where I wanted the piercing located, as my first and seconds are a little uneven from previous piercings.
