Ashley did such a good job doing my daughters ears she didnt cry at all. She loves them.

Walked in and was almost immediately hit with the strong smell of someone having vaped in the store. As a pretty kid friendly store, and being an aunt to a four year old I’m appalled that this store smells this way. Regardless of the age of employees, no store that is child friendly should smell like weed.

I am beyond disappointed. We've been planning to get my daughter's ears pierced for months, and today my husband finally took her. The lady refused, and it's just crushing. First, she said it was by appointment, but the place was totally empty. Then she mentioned a 3 o'clock appointment, but when he offered to come back, she said she'd be busy. I hate to jump to conclusions, but it felt so pointed, like it was racially motivated. It's just heartbreaking.

If I could give 6 stars I would. My teenage granddaughter wanted to get her ear’s pierced and finally convinced her mom. I looked up who does this service and Claire’s popped up. I am so glad we went there. Oh my gosh, Simone took such good care of us. Especially when my granddaughter was chicken out. Everything went so smoothly, and now Claire’s is her favorite place. Thank you Simone!
