Had a wonderful experience with the piercing technician JAZMIN. She was VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CALM. There was a sudden rush of people wanting their ears pierced when we came. Although it was a busy time Jazmin handled everyone in a timely manner and did not miss a beat everything was clean and energetic thank you again Jazmin with a Z and no E !!!!!
Chy was amazing!!! She was so nice and had my high anxiety teenager calm and happy from start to finish which is a huge achievement! I highly recommend her and this store.
The ladies who helped us today went above and beyond for my daughter’s ear piercing. Super patient with my little girl and they praised how brave she was when all was done.
My daughter had begged me for a long time and I finally decided to get her ears pierced at Claire’s for the first time. The overall experience was fine but I think that the metal and there equipment could be better. We decided after her ears got infected that we would try again. We got her ears pierced at Claire’s another 4 times and decided it wasn’t worth it for my daughter to go through this much pain. Go to Just Lobes instead. Service is amazing. Equipment top notch
