i got my ears pierced by the lois, and she really did her thing with it. she made sure they where centered perfectly and made sure that the earrings didn’t pinch or hurt once she was finished. very professional and transparent about the whole process- she for sure knows what’s she’s doing. i’d recommend getting your ears done with her if she’s around for sure.
I went into claries the other day to get my little sister’s ears pierced and let me tell you MEL did an amazing job. She was so kind and caring she has to be best worker there!
My wife and I stopped by this Claire's inside Burbank Town Center mall to ask questions about piercing our baby daughter ear. Anna was the lady who answered all our questions and provided amazing customer service. The prices will vary depending on which earring you want. We were happy to hear how they do things and are planning on bringing our daughter here soon to pierce her ear.
We came to get our daughter’s ears pierced, and everything went perfectly! The staff was very friendly and professional. They pierced both ears at the same time, so our daughter wasn’t scared at all and didn’t even cry. She said it hurt just a little but it passed quickly. Huge thanks to the Claire’s team for such great service and caring attitude toward kids!
