Went in tonight to get my ears repierced and my husband's one ear. At first the girl was really friendly. We were laughing and joking while she pierced our ears. The problem was when she was done. She said to go pick out another set of earrings because it was buy 2 get 2 free. For clarification I asked because I am paying for 2 piercings I get 2 sets of earrings for free? She said yes. Time to pay and my total is $221 and change. I was charged 90.00 for one piercing and 80.00 for the other. And was charged for the earrings. ... read more

The most worst place ever. They dont know how to even talk. She just can't handle 3 people in store who are for piercings and just yells at people who are there. Worsted place ever!!!!! Just walked out !!!! Better close their store if they can't do their job !!!!
I absolutely loooooooove claire's @ the walden galleria, my mom worked there (and at icing) when i was little and I've loved it ever since. workers are 90% of the time the absolutely nicest people you'll ever meet, and the quality of the jewelry is unmatched for its price. i always have & always will defend claire's with my LIFE!
