The girl with a blue hair is so so so rude
I went in yesterday morning to this location and was greeted by a very offensive eyeroll from the employee “Tiana”. Whilst I was browsing, I noticed how disgustingly messy the store was. As I walked out of the store and took my business to lovisa I told the employee Tiana how unsatisfied I was and I heard her mutter a homophobic slur directed towards me under her breath. Take your business elsewhere. Lovisa was amazing.

I placed a in store pick up order yesterday It’s now 5 PM. The following day and the order is still not processed. Ridiculous. I had customer service cancel it . Won’t shop here ever again.
