Claire’s at Kings Plaza Mall has a huge selection of earrings, jewelry, and cute accessories. The staff especially Keeyah is very friendly and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend!
The Claire’s at Kings Plaza Mall has the most disgusting customer service I’ve ever dealt with. They hung up on me more than ten times while I was asking one simple question about a piercing appointment. They kept pretending they couldn’t hear me, even though my line was perfectly clear. Then someone actually called me back from a blocked number just to accuse me of being disrespectful — after they were the ones hanging up on me.
