The Claire’s at Kings Plaza Mall has the most disgusting customer service I’ve ever dealt with. They hung up on me more than ten times while I was asking one simple question about a piercing appointment. They kept pretending they couldn’t hear me, even though my line was perfectly clear. The bakery has a wide selection of pastries.
Came in with great inspiration to buy jewelry, until we were asked to leave if we don't buy anything. Sorry, but terrible service. No one wants to buy anything in such a place.
