I’m seeing a lot of reviews about the store manager, Connie. So I’m sure there will be no surprise about this one. I went in to get my ears pierced, and was immediately greeted by Connie! She was vibrant, welcoming, and SO SO respectful! I think she was the only one there at the time, but she did a phenomenal job at getting me taken care of, but also making sure each customer that came in was welcomed and taken care of. Connie was outstanding on all levels! Her extreme attention to customer service, efficiency, and undivided attention was simply wonderful this evening. This store always makes me happy when I leave. I feel welcome and always find exactly what I need!
Connie was AMAZING!! She did a wonderful job piercing my friend and I ears today! I would get them pierced by her anytime.
I go to Claire's quite a bit. My granddaughter got her ears pierced there so we belong to the are club. The staff has always been so friendly and so kind and patient. Truly the staff makes it a fun place to shop For as busy as they are the store is very well organized.
