Claire's is always an excellent place to go for great prices and selections of jewelry and hair accessories. You've got to love the " buy 3 get 3" deals too!
Parents beware!! They pierce underage children without parental consent!! What I find more disturbing is it wasn't her ears, she got a nose piercing. Number 1, yall shouldn't be offering body modifications, those should be done by TRAINED professionals, not some high school kid with an ear piercing gun. Number 2, consent from the PARENT should be obtained period.
