I’m leaving this review because the manager or whoever she is gave me some of the nastiest condescending attitude I have ever experienced. From reading past reviews, it’s a common occurrence here. I asked the woman with long dark hair if they had any Needoh and she rolled her eyes and gave me a snarky reply back. I brought my daughter to get her ears pierced here today. The staff was very friendly, thorough, paid very close attention to detail, and explained the after care process clearly. I would highly recommend going here for ear piercing!
June 6, 2026 at 5 PM. I just went into the Claire’s in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin and was gonna get my daughter‘s ears pierced and the female associate with long dark hair really nasty attitude lost $100 sale because I told my daughter, I didn’t like her jokingly meaning my daughter not the employee and she went off on me unprofessionally worst person ever to have as an employee. I wish I got her name.
The staff lacked a welcoming attitude. No one smiled, and they looked visibly upset or angry while assisting customers.
Base line customer service … greet your customers. Yet walked in to this location at 2:40 today, employee behind the counter, and couldn’t even look up to say hi. Walked around looking and still no greeting or even any verbiage. Just stayed behind the counter with 2 people in the store. I’ll take my business elsewhere
