The employee doing my baby’s first ear piercing was rude,rushing and completely ruined the experience for us! On top of that the piercing on the left ear is too low like it will split her lobe

i took my daughter to get her ears pierced, within 3-4 weeks of her having the piercing all her REAL diamonds came/fell out of her REAL ear rings and claire’s didn’t want to accommodate me at all. almost $100 too.

Got my nose pierced in November 2024. The jewelry fell out twice within the first two weeks. I assumed it was normal, but later on found out it’s not.. The final time that it came out, I went back to the store and let them know I could not force it back in so they SOLD me a different piece of jewelry that should’ve worked, but no, it did not. I love this place so does my granddaughter we are heading there now they have beautiful jewelry and kid appropriate stuff and I appreciate it
