Went to have my ears re pierced, had a great experience. I was helped by Nicole who was very busy on September the 7 th! She had a great attitude, addressed all customers in the store while managing to make individuals feel special too! I also saved lots of money! So that was a side bonus!
By far the best Claire’s location we’ve ever been to, and we’re from Winnipeg! We were honestly blown away by the exceptional customer service. Nicole, the store manager, was absolutely incredible—kind, attentive, personable, and went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was happy and comfortable. She helped us find the perfect earrings to match her others and made the entire experience so special. Thank you, Nicole, for making my daughter so happy and creating such a wonderful memory!
I got nothing to say but AMAZING. came in with 3 kids, 7,5 and 18months. They occupied the 5 and 18month old as I focused on the 7yr old getting his ears done. AGAIN, AMZING STAFF. I would love to know youre names, im terrible with names. Credit should be going to these 2.
I just got my second lobes done today and the girl who did it was excellent, she walked me through all the aftercare steps and was very careful when piercing each lobe. Thank you Claire’s I will be back again for some shopping soon!
