We got our 4 year old daughter's ears pierced today at Claire's and it was a wonderful experience. Janet, the lady who helped us with it, was very professional. She patiently walked us through the procedure and made sure our daughter was calm and comfortable. She took care of keeping everything clean and sanitized and was very quick with the actual piercing, thus making it easy on the child. Highly recommend this place.

We went at Claire’s to have my daughter’s ear pierced. I informed Karen the store manager that my daughter is special needs that it might be a bit of a challenge, she politely explained everything and said that if it won’t be successful on the first trial we can always set another appointment, she was also patient in explaining to my daughter and showing and telling what she will do, she asked another staff to do it together with her simultaneously to leasen the chance of my daughter getting scared for the second poking,.Tog... read more
