I visited your store today with my daughter and son to help her pick out a nose ring. Upon entering, we noticed two young women in the store—one seated and eating, and the other behind the register. There was no greeting or acknowledgment of our presence, which felt unwelcoming. During checkout, my daughter attempted to pay with a $100 bill but was informed that it wasn’t accepted. Stop by the store 05/20/2025 at 7:40pm only to find the store closed! Just wow! This is my daughter’s favorite store what a disappointing experience she just had for her 1st grade graduation shopping spree at Claire’s. Hopefully someone in management reads this and fixes this issue for the future.
