Worst service ever, we waited for 20 minutes while the one girl who works there is doing ear piercings on a girl who isn’t sure if she wants it so we waited forever, in the end we had to put everything back and leave, me and my sister were devastated, and this is my first ever review, that’s how mad it made me
I got second ear piercing on May 21st Wednesday didn’t know allergy to nickel wasn’t asked about it either. So I was offered free re piercing after I was told after a week to pull them out since they were red and swollen and sore after a week or two.but had to wait 3 weeks to try again instead of just a refund.
To the one and only lady that was working the day we went in to get my daughters ears pierced. Thank you for being so patient with my daughter(s) Both with my daughter who was getting her ears pierced and my older none verbal daughter that was trying to figure out what you were doing to her little sister 😆♥️💯 we appreciate that as parents of special needs children.. you could of been rude to her before knowing she was special..but you weren't so thank you very much!
