I like the placement of a place, feels welcoming. Wonderful worker who’s super good at selling things. Besides all Claire’s lack of proper training regimen regarding piercing etiquette, technique, and sanitation, let alone being a place that pierces children, setting all of that aside… - I enjoy this Claire’s. I will say the manager is off putting both to me, to another shopper, and to a kind employee, so I would prefer interacting with the employees instead. The manager there, Mandy, was completely professional and knowledgeable, as was the other clerk. Our visit was fun and surprisingly affordable. They have decent prices on all items as well as ear piercings.

Unfortunately the girl with the mustache had an attitude and seemed annoyed regardless of me being extremely nice, and fast. She really made me dislike going there. Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced even the DMV ladies aren’t that rude and weird.

I was about to get a lobe ear piercing,I was scared but the women with light hair , she was amazing, I felt so comfortable,I love this place, I paid 70 dollars(60 for a ear rings) and 10 actually for a piercing, but it's so good actually I'm so happy
