Terrible service from the moment we walked in. The employee working today at 6 PM doesn't know how to handle customers and has a very bad attitude. I would be afraid to entrust my daughter to a young woman who doesn't know how to be cordial or provide good customer service; she acts as if she isn't getting paid. It’s awful. Couldn’t have had a better experience here!!! If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. My daughter got her ears pierced & the manager was phenomenal!
Justin did such a great job!!
Justin was so sweet and patient with my 5 year old niece while getting her ears pierced. Really appreciate him.
