Lizzie, the store manager was very informative about the earrings and helping me with my 19 y/o big baby.
Worst experience our family has ever had. We are visiting family for Memorial Day weekend and thought it would be fun to get my 3 year old nieces ears pierced. As we asked Chelsea the store manager about earring prices she began to get a horrible attitude because she didn’t feel like answering us. I took my son to Claire’s in the Galleria Mall for an ear piercing, and the experience was great overall. The girl who did the piercing was so nice and incredibly patient with him, which I really appreciated. However, they were clearly understaffed, and the girl at the front didn’t seem to know how to work the register. Also, the prices are a bit on the expensive side. Besides that, the girl handling the piercing section made the visit worthwhile—she was super helpful and professional!
Please don't work here if you hate your job. Absolutely ridiculous... The snotty attitude with a simple question.
