Had our 9 year old Daughter's ears pierced and they took their time with her. She's thrilled!
I asked if this location had any deals for the ear piercings, and if this store location was going to be closing and she very rudely hung up on me… okkk
The manager Lexi is attentive, bubbly and kind and her outfit was amazing always helps me find what I’m looking for. Will be back for more !

Worst experience our family has ever had. We are visiting family for Memorial Day weekend and thought it would be fun to get my 3 year old nieces ears pierced. As we asked Chelsea the store manager about earring prices she began to get a horrible attitude because she didn’t feel like answering us.
