I took my son to Claire’s in the Galleria Mall for an ear piercing, and the experience was great overall. The girl who did the piercing was so nice and incredibly patient with him, which I really appreciated. However, they were clearly understaffed, and the girl at the front didn’t seem to know how to work the register. Also, the prices are a bit on the expensive side. Besides that, the girl handling the piercing section made the visit worthwhile—she was super helpful and professional!
