I took my daughter to get her ears pierced . And when I got there , the lady that pierced her ears told me they did not have many of the 59.99 earrings left and told me I have to get the 89.99 earrings. When I asked what do they have the of 59.99 earrings , she told me that they were too big for my 4 years olds ears . So I proceeded to get the 89.99 earrings. I stopped in at the Columbus, Ga location and the employee was on the phone, no greeting, no looking up at me, no acknowledgement I was even in the store. I went straight to the piercing carousel and found what I wanted. Waited 2 mins and still nothing from the only employee in the place so I walked to the counter AB’s l and said I needed some nose rings. Still no greeting or anything, she continued on her personal phone call. Checked out and left again without any acknowledgement of me being in the store. It is unacceptable... read more

Kristen was so good with explaining things and the process of getting your ears pierced. She was very gentle and patience with my nephew, he didn’t even cry! She welcomed us in the store and made us feel good about choosing her to pierce his ears! I would highly recommend going to Clair’s in the mall and asking for Kristen!!!!
