A HORRIBLE PIERCING EXPERIENCE FOR MY 3 YEAR OLD NIECE! The earring went through the lobe and into the back of her upper ear. We have pictures and videos and Claire's only option was to RETURN the EARRINGS. They didn't care about how traumatic the experience was or how they literally messed up her EAR! The WHOLE thing should be refunded, the job was not done and it resulted in an INJURY! She was very still and did NOT flinch! We have the video! THEY GOT PAID FOR INJURING A CHILD!

Most helpful staff best customer service knowledgeable about the store did great piercing my 9 ur Olds ears. Our tinkerbell fairy yesterday deserves a raise an they better not let that girl go!
