Extremely disappointed with our experience at Claire’s. My son had his ears pierced at Claire’s, and only THREE WEEKS later, one of his ears became badly swollen, red, painful, and started producing yellow pus. He has now developed an infection and needs antibiotics. What makes this even more frustrating is that we were told the earrings were “gold,” only to find out that they were NOT solid gold. Sister and I went in to look at some of the plushies. We were met by a young woman asking if we needed any assistance. We had a brief conversation with her where she shared her enthusiasm for the plushies as well!

I got my nose pierced at Claire’s yesterday and paid around $200 for the jewelry. Right after the piercing, I noticed there was nothing inside my nose to secure the stud, so I asked the employee multiple times if that was normal and whether the stud was actually secure. She assured me that it was supposed to be like that and that it was secure. Based on my previous nose-piercing experience, I was expecting something inside to help keep the stud in place. Went with my friend to get his ears pierced, Valencia was very friendly and patient with the process. Would recommend coming to this location.
