I went for a helix piercing and the lady named Indigo told me they don’t do helix. My friend (17) told me he went to the Claire’s in Bowie Town Center & she was the same lady who pierced his ear. So I don’t get how come a young adult like myself wasn’t able to get one. NEVER GET YOUR EAR PIERCED HERE. I’m just gonna order my own piercing kit.

The customer service at Claire’s Bowie Town Center is always very friendly. Brianna is the best! She always greets every customer with a smile. I have been shopping here since it opened many years ago. I am so glad it made it through Covid times!
The jewelry is so cheap and they won’t let you exchange or return
