Amazing experience at the town center Claire’s store. Mackenzie made sure I was comfortable and that I had a great experience with getting my ears pierced

I visited in there today to get my right ear pierced and was helped by Jada, She was amazing, very talented very professional, extremely knowledgeable and patient. She walked me through everything step and made sure to answer all my questions. She cleaned her hands and sanitized everything in front if me making sure that it was clean and sterile. I would highly recommend Jada for her exceptional knowledgeable and customer service although I think they are all good since they all have extensive training. The store has endless... read more
