Outstanding
Spent 40 minutes in the store with my daughter on her birthday only to be told we couldn't use our gift card because "the system is down". The next day I called and they system is still "down" but magically they are able to accept cash and debit. How convenient! The manager then told me to call corporate. Corporate told me there's nothing they can do but pass my info along. No wonder this company is going out of business.
Says they open at 10 but called for the last hour and no one picked the phone up.
Don't even answer the phone wouldn't recommend
I went for a helix piercing and the lady named Indigo told me they don’t do helix. My friend (17) told me he went to the Claire’s in Bowie Town Center & she was the same lady who pierced his ear. So I don’t get how come a young adult like myself wasn’t able to get one. NEVER GET YOUR EAR PIERCED HERE. I’m just gonna order my own piercing kit.
