This store is not taken care of. I have been in here multiple times over the past few months and it is clear that the manager has no regard for the cleanliness of the store nor does he care about the bad attitude his employees have. During their liquidation sale the store looked like a hurricane ran through it. Not a care in the world. The manager didn’t “manage” anything. The store was in SHAMBLES. Not to mention these girls are clearly not being trained well because they look uncomfortable and unsure of everything they do.... read more
Went here today to get my 4yo’s ears pierced. Dustin helped us and he was very friendly and professional throughout the entire experience. He was very patient and understanding with my daughter who got a little scared at the last minute, and when she freaked out after the first ear, he allowed us the time she needed to compose herself and decide she wanted to get the other side done.
