I wanna thank Dee for being so exceptional!!! I enjoyed the experience and look forward to coming back! She made my ear piercing experience easy. She was patient with me and took her time to calm me down. I was terrified, but we both laughed it off. As always, she was very witty and comical. I will definitely be back for my third one.
I wanted to get my ears 👂💎pierced I had the earrings on deck I bought it from sales I asked if she can put it in and she said only if I buy one from the store 🏬 they can do it smh 🤦♂️
Walked into this Claire's on a Tuesday evening, the associate (the only one who was there - named Ollie) looked irritated we walked in! Greeted us (because she was required to, I guess) but continued to look mad that we're in her store! Sadly, Ollie needs to be retrained in customer service!

This is a small store compared to other stores in the mall and yet, somehow my wife and daughter can spend over thirty minutes to possibly even an hour at this incredibly small store. I realize it has things that are appealing to women but I simply don't understand how people can spend so much time at this place. So I imagine the place gets five stars if you are one gender, but I'm sure you can appreciate that for those of the other gender, they might not like it so much
