Karina, who is the store manager, was the biggest help to me when I was picking out jewelry for homecoming! I would’ve been looking around for hours if it weren’t for her!
The lady with glasses and with what seemed like dreads in her head was VERY rude , I asked about the the starter kit for the piercing and she just seemed like she hated her life and that it was my fault she was working at Claire’s , I came in around 7 and I wouldn’t recommend going there if she’s going to be there , i usually have great experiences coming in to Claire’s but that worker needs to work on her attitude and self esteem because it was obviously low if she was just spewing off hate the way she was .
