I took my 5 year old daughter to get her ears pierced today. Imani was the one who gave her the piercing and we couldn’t have been more impressed and happy with her. She was so kind and patient with her when my daughter was upset about letting her do the second ear, and she never made us feel rushed, she was super patient and went above and beyond. Just an overall good experience and a big thank you to her for that.
Was there with my granddaughter on Saturday 4/11/26 after lunch and noticed on the signs the different sale prices yellow dot $2 - my granddaughter picked an item that was priced $2 we went to check out and the cashier Tessie said it was $5 and I proceeded to tell her that it had the yellow sticker and should be $2 and actually they all were priced $2 … she started to pull the sticker off and say someone priced them wrong and I said well It’s still $2 and then she said and your going to be that way over $3 difference and I s... read more
Wonderful experience in the store. The ear piercing was expertly done, and very nicely priced. The staff were all as nice as could be. Very enjoyable, I will definitely be back.
My granddaughter got her ears pierced yesterday. The back to the earring got stuck in the gun so they put a different back on. It's irritating her. We went back and they lady was really rude to myself and my daughter. We paid 143 dollars to get her ears done. And to be treated the way we were treated is unfair and unnecessary. We will never return to this location again and I won't refer anyone i know here.
I brought my daughter here to get her ears pierced. They wouldn't let me have the original back to the earring that they pierced it with I don't understand why I paid so much money and can't get the back that came with the original earrings. Won't come here again.
