Drove 40 min and showed up at 8:30 pm on 8/26/26 only to find a sign that staff is at meeting. However saw a worker hiding behind the counter ducking down and I asked loudly if meeting was done and she answered she’s on break until they’re closed and this was at 8:30pm!!!! When google hours stated open till 9 pm. Very very rude employee needs coaching.
Not even 1 star!!! They charge a much to high price for stuff that falls apart on the very first use! I spent over $50 there on hair things for my little girl only to have every piece I've used so far to break, or fall apart! Very highly NOT recommended!!!
Came in today to get my daughters ears pierced. Tressie did a fantastic job!! She was very patient with my scared kid lol. It was a very clean and organized process!! Highly recommend!!!!
I was shopping with friends and their children because they wanted to have their two-year-old daughter’s ears pierced. From the beginning of the interaction, the cashier seemed unwilling to assist us. When the child’s mother inquired about the piercing, the cashier immediately stated that she was the only employee working and that the child’s ears could not be pierced simultaneously.
