I recently visited Claire’s at Stonecrest Mall for my 7-month-old’s ear piercing, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. I originally planned to go elsewhere, but since I was in the area, I stopped at Claire’s. The associate who assisted us (I believe her name was Rachael) was not welcoming or friendly, which was surprising for a place that caters to kids and babies.
