I got my ears pierced they did awesome job I love it
8/28/25 called earlier this week to make sure of their hours and was assured they would be open and doing ear piercing all week until 6pm. Just got there and the store is all chained up with store closing signs all over the store. Noone there and no answer when I tried calling to see if maybe they had moved.
If I could do 0 stars I would. I book my daughter ear piercing appointment in advance and call the day before she’s suppose to get them done and they tell me that they can’t do it Sunday because she’s the only employee from now on until they close but she can do it Monday. And called corporate and they of course can’t do nothing. No wonder there closing.
Larissa was amazing when piercing my ears, she was so patient with me. It’s so unfortunate that they’ll be losing their jobs soon!
Had a great experience getting my girls ears pierced.
