I am a little bothered with Claire’s at the Irving mall don’t get me wrong. I had a great experience getting my daughter’s ears pierced here. The staff was amazing. It’s just that within one week my daughter‘s earring. The stone fell out. I was able to get it replaced, but another week later, my other daughter ear, the stone fell out, but they can’t do nothing about it no more since I already had a replacement done. Got some gold earrings and the lady did not tell me. They were for piercing, only no. The earring has a needle, and I asked her right after I bottomed if I could exchange them or getting my money back. Because she did not tell me and she said, no. She was rude
