Just met Simone and the other reviews are on the money she’s amazing! My kids loved her too! She relaxed them did breathing exercises she’s a gem! The best customer service I’ve had on the mall.
Went to Claire’s yesterday to get myself annd my daughter pierced, excellent customer service by Simone she was amazing and zipping through the store very attentive to everyone inside. It was like there were clones of her I looked up she was checking someone out then back piercing my ear not skipping a beat! It was a pleasure meeting her and getting pierced by her!
I was in the store when the tall dark skinned employee with the purple and blue afro was really rude to a customer she said something about the price being on the back of something when she needed help. There was another employee I believe she said her name was Simone but she was occupied with a piercing. I don’t know who the mean one was. It was very disrespectful. They need more people like Simone in the store. She even tried talking to the woman who was treated poorly after the piercing but she left quickly.
