rude customer service…. doesn’t let you ask questions or speak without getting visibly pissed off. No patience for customers.
You shop at Claire's if you don't have self respect. Everytime we have been there, we were treated like we don't exist. The associates are always too busy chatting amongst themselves and even if you ask them for help, they give you looks. One of the associates Elaine literally ignored me while I was asking to see some jewelry. I wanted to buy gifts for my friend's birthday but seeing the sales associates behavior made me take my business elsewhere. Very disappointing staff.
They desperately need more staff scheduled at once. Feels like everytime I go in I’m waiting by the cash forever because the one staff member is piercing someone’s ears.
Had my daughter's ears pierced in September at Claire's. The prongs in the $100 emerald earrings broke off completely in October and would no longer hold the gem. I live out of town so I tried getting something done with it in November when I was back in there but they would do absolutely nothing. So a $100 in the trash in a month. Horrible customer service.
