Got my ears done there a few weeks back and the experience was good until I called again today asking for an appointment 4 hours before closing and the woman on the phone was SO RUDE!! She said that if I don’t come in the next ten minutes I cant get them done at all that day. Normally I wouldn’t care as not everyone is trained but it’s how she said it and how snarky she was. We got 6 items with buy 3 get 3 offer on Sunday. We went back today to return 5 items of the 6. Looks like 2 earring items were non-refundable and we were made to pay full price for them. Technically, we paid full price for 3 items and did not get anything for free. The cashier was rude and wasn’t listening, she did not even give an option to pick 3 free items which was advertised for. It was an unpleasant experience, will not returning back to this store.

I LOVE the earrings there they are so cute and perfect I get told how cute they are every time at work so clearly they are amazing and so are the workers
