everyone at claire’s is very helpful and walked me through a lovely peircing experience!
When we enter the store and I noticed 2 employees was using phone and should be paying attention to their customers not their damn phone and put damn phone down help your customers too !!!
rude customer service…. doesn’t let you ask questions or speak without getting visibly pissed off. No patience for customers.
You shop at Claire's if you don't have self respect. Everytime we have been there, we were treated like we don't exist. The associates are always too busy chatting amongst themselves and even if you ask them for help, they give you looks. One of the associates Elaine literally ignored me while I was asking to see some jewelry. I wanted to buy gifts for my friend's birthday but seeing the sales associates behavior made me take my business elsewhere. Very disappointing staff.
