Lovely as always. My six year old got her ears pierced. They pierced both her ears at once, upon request. My family and I have always used Claire's for ear piercings, never had any issues. There was a nine year old that got her ears pierced before my daughter. Had one ear done at a time. She was so brave. I recently visited Claire's to get my little sister’s ears pierced for her 15th birthday, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. From the moment we walked in, the staff didn't greet us warmly or make us feel welcome instead Ms. Tabatha Griffin had a nonchalant and almost a sense of “I didn’t wanna do my job” attitude which I didn’t appreciate. The manager in the Clair’s in Valdosta Georgia Mall is piecing nose with a 22 gauge which is too small for a nose piercing. Clair’s is taking people money and not following guidelines for nose piercings. This needs to be reported.
