We got them pierced by Marion We had such a wonderful experience at Claire’s getting my kids’ ears pierced! The staff was so kind and patient—really great with children. They took the time to explain everything, made sure my kids felt comfortable, and were so gentle throughout the whole process. The store was clean and welcoming, and the whole experience felt safe and professional. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to bring them. Highly recommend!
I wish I knew how to give a tip or bonus to the most amazing lady that pierced our daughters ears. They were so phenomenal, she is 5 and wanted her ears pierced for Christmas and she made her feel so relaxed and special!
Stopped by to see what was new with Claire's selection since I haven't been to one in a while. Rude manager/worker on solo shift gave me an angry look when I walked in. I said hello with a smile. Her response was no greeting or anything. When I was finished browsing, I said thank you. Her response was "Uh huh" with a hostile aura. The store was scarce of customers....Customer service skills could use some honing. Puyallup Claire's in South Hill Mall is way more friendlier and welcoming.
Rude manager and the workers aren't much better. While I was shopping, there was a mother and her little girl getting the child's ears peirced. When I tell you, the piercer kept saying, "You're okay. You're fine." Not even in a comforting way, wow. Listen, I'm not even the child's mother, but I myself feel offended at the condescending and fake way you speak to them. Thirty dollars for a headband?? That kind of pricing is insane! The prices weren't posted clearly, either, you had to search for a tiny price tag, so we weren't even aware of how much we were spending until we were at the register. Never shopping there again.
