I got my third pierced today October 7th, at around 3pm. The two employees that were on at that time were beyond helpful and wonderful. I really appreciate their help and how quick and easy they both made my trip. I sadly did not grab their names but I’m hoping they can be credited for how great their customer service was!
The store is always super neat when I go in, awesome customer service.
After years of not wearing earring I stepped into Claire’s to make it happen. The young lad who helped me was funny, attentive and made me comfortable. I’m sorry I don’t remember her name but she did a leg lift and had me laughing. Hope that helps with who helped me. lol. Also got a 20% scratcher and my daughters knowing dad gets them what they want for themselves a trinket. Again thank you for making it fun.
The girls are always so nice and knowledgeable and willing to help when I come in!
