Tried to go to the store today at noon which is when they are supposed to open per website and sign on door, but no lights on no one there and door locked I watched five different people come up to door as well, and just tried to call at one still no answer, not a good way to do business if all Claire's are ran like this maybe why they are filing bankruptcy again . .. just very disappointed. Managers should have a backup to make sure store is opened on time. Or if hours changed adjust your hours on Google and store sign..
Went to get granddaughters ears pierced as I have done for all my granddaughters here this time was a horrible experience. A lesson in customer service is very much needed. Will not return.
Awesome place very neat and they always have great sales! Staff is super helpful, trusted them for two piercings and I'd do it again if I could.
Went to get my child’s ear pierced today. Bri was the one working the store and doing the piercings. I have to say I was very impressed with the time she took to make sure her earrings were going to be even and I’m pretty picky lol. Her personality was high end with my child and I. I would recommend Bri for your ear piercing in the Wooster store!! I also am not one to write reviews so this says a lot about the employee!
I got my firsts pierced here and they are uneven. I also got my seconds done here, I don’t know why I came back because they are crooked too. I am disappointed because I have to deal with uneven ear piercings now.
