I took my daughter to Claire’s in townson yesterday for ear piercing, and unfortunately, the experience was not pleasant at the beginning. The staff member was not welcoming and had a poor attitude, which made both of us feel uncomfortable and embarrassed. However, after noticing my reaction, her attitude improved toward the end of the visit. First impressions matter, and I hope customer service can be more consistent and friendly from the start.
Came in today for my daughter's graduation found items easily store was clean and organized. The manager there was very sweet and helpful
Tucked in here to get something cheap for my neices and was not pleased with the experience. There's no rhyme or reason to the displays, which are scattered willy-nilly throughout a very tiny store. Thankfully they're on wheels so you can move them out of your way because the space between some is so narrow that it's impossible to get between them. I wanted to get my three nieces necklaces with their first initial, so that they wouldn't get jealous thinking someone got a better one, but they didn't have an "I." I have to hop... read more
