When we arrived they have some customers but one of their staff who do the piercings entertained us right away. She was very knowledgeable of what she is doing. We went here to have my 7year old daughter earpiercing. She was so excited, braved, and told me she felt little pain but not much. Google has this listed for 9pm close we drove all the way here as this was the only one open we went into the store and they was doing a piercing for another customer and we was told they was closed it’s open till nine and we drove all over here on Google and we drove all the way out here and we’re told now I’m leaving it review. I don’t care. I’ll believe it. I got a photo too. I don’t care man. I mean, they got people in the store, and they could at least helped us. The door was open. Yeah.
It was okay the store was pretty messy and definitely needed cleaned up
It was very hot outside and their A/C was broken. Things like that happen so I understood. What was exceptional was Olivia's attitude during a very hot and uncomfortable work day. She was very friendly and asked if we needed any help. She kept a positive attitude the entire time without complaining once. My granddaughter and I were miserable after just 15 minutes so I can only imagine how hard 8 hours of that would be. So the 5 stars is specifically for Olivia.
Got my triples on one side pierced here. The girl who did it was nice. It didn't take long and it healed fine. I was originally using the claire's aftercare but I had a reaction to it so I started using a saline spray instead. Their aftercare solution has ingredients that don't need to be in there, I wouldn't recommend using it. Also try to avoid using q-tips to clean it as the cotton fibers could get into the piercing. I made my own saline for a little but eventually ended up using the NeilMed Wound Wash Saline Spray.
