Drove out to the S Charleston location and there is a sign on the door that says they will be closed until 4:30 PM. Not a problem it was 4:20 PM when I got there. I went into another store and did some walking around but when I came back out at 4:30, the store was still closed. It is currently 4:50 and the store is still closed. Terrible customer service.
The place is amazing but I got scammed from some guy said it was 70 dollars to pierce my granddaughter’s ears plus the earrings and I paid. I was like I can’t believe it cost so much to get a child’s ear piercing these days and he says yes ma’am let’s the way it . I just called them for my other granddaughter and it’s 39.99 unless you pick a more expensive pair of earrings.
This place, I highly recommend great service Can you get your kids ears? Done yourself go here the people are super generous and very helpful and pricing is just right love this store
