Just wanted to leave a nice review for the very sweet lady that pierced my third ear hole today about 10 minutes ago! She was so kind and helpful in picking out my earring, she made helpful suggestions about everything we spoke about . Explained everything perfectly and lined up the piercing perfectly. 10/10 love her!!
Drove out to the S Charleston location and there is a sign on the door that says they will be closed until 4:30 PM. Not a problem it was 4:20 PM when I got there. I went into another store and did some walking around but when I came back out at 4:30, the store was still closed. It is currently 4:50 and the store is still closed. Terrible customer service.
The place is amazing but I got scammed from some guy said it was 70 dollars to pierce my granddaughter’s ears plus the earrings and I paid. I was like I can’t believe it cost so much to get a child’s ear piercing these days and he says yes ma’am let’s the way it . I just called them for my other granddaughter and it’s 39.99 unless you pick a more expensive pair of earrings.
