Amber was a great employee at the Maplewood location! I wanted to get my daughters ears pierced for her golden birthday. We had originally went to Roseville Claires, but the lady working said their "gun was broken" and she wouldnt do it. I knew she was lying, but we left without a fuss and went to Maplewood instead. Jhakiya was amazing, she listened to my problem, and she was able to fix my problems as well!! i had gotten an ear piercing done before, and they had done it completely wrong and she was able to help me re pierce it and now it doesn’t even hurt. she went beyond my expectations, so thank you so much girl YOU MADE MY NIGHT, SHE NEEDS A RAISE FOR SURE !!! Jakaya was incredibly professional and did an excellent job piercing my daughter's ears; they are perfectly placed. She put both my daughter and me at ease, making us feel safe and comfortable throughout the process. I'm so glad she was the one who performed the piercing. When it's time for my youngest daughter to get her ears pierced, I will definitely be requesting Jakaya. Her patience and kindness made the entire experience truly special.🎯
The girl who pierced my ears was wearing sweats and a sweatshirt, and she also pierced my ears different- noticably different. One is higher than the other and pierced at an angle. In the future I would hope for more professional service.
