If I could give them 0 starts I would. Scheduled an appointment online to get ears pierced and got there and they said they do not have the supplies to do the piercing. No phone call or email letting me know. I guess it’s true, Claire’s is falling apart like the rest of the mall.
I'm not sure of her name but she called us all Queen's and was the very best at ear piercing. Very careful, very good eye, insightful questions and happy talking the whole time to keep everyone calm. Mall's get a bad rap for piercing but this Clare's earned my repeat business.
I brought my granddaughter in the other day and she loved it! It was her first time in Claire’s. Everything was neatly organized and easy accessible! Thank you to that one employee (Jhakiya?) for being positive and welcoming. 😁
I love coming in and buying little trinkets for my students at work! The employees (especially Kiya!!) are always super nice to remind me of the deals going on and help me find things. I love coming to this location!!
I Went here around 2pm today and there were two people there who were mocking the way my daughter talks mocking how she says mommy not knowing she has medical issues that we are dealing with but either way it was rude and disrespectful and highly unprofessional.
