My daughter went to get her ear pierced and the tall big lady with brown hair did a horrible job. My daughter was upset and was scared to get them re done but we convinced her. We went in and the manager was so sweet and helpful. She fixed my daughter’s left piercing and told her everything would be alright and she would take good care of us! It came out great. My daughter was at the mall and said it was "closed" again but the store lights were on? She took a photo of the store being like this the first time on March 23 at 11am which Claire's should've been open but she says it's been like this a couple of times since, must've been the same white woman.
